During the Spring/Summer of this year the Tennis Courts were resurfaced and half of the courts were lined for Pickleball! The Courts have been very busy and have seen more action then in years.

We have also been continuing the process of replacing some of the broken and warn pool furniture with brand new chairs, tables and umbrellas.  The attendance at the pool has continued to grow in 2024 and hope you stop by in the summer to visit, relax and hang out with the neighbors

Management has continued to identify some issues and with the walkways around the clubhouse, pool and leading down to the courts.  We made the steps safer and installed a new railing to bring it up to code.
